They had every window in our home replaced without a hitch in a day and a half. The windows are top quality and add so much value to our home. If I had one issue, it would be that our sales person made a few promises he couldn't keep. We were looking to have the kitchen windows in BEFORE a kitchen remodel. He told us that this wouldn't be a problem and we counted on that. Unfortunately, our order couldn't be separated to have the kitchen windows ready in time and they had to be installed after the kitchen was done, causing issues with some very expensive tile work we had done. I just wish there had been better communication on the kitchen window install. We might have been able to avoid expensive repairs that way.
