That was not the case here. We received exactly what we thought we were buying. To top it off, the actual installation was outstanding. Mike, the job foreman, laid out the plan of action before hand and then worked the plan step by step. He maintained control of everything and instructed his helper in how to do the work when necessary. Quality was the presiding standard and it was observed in every way possible. I love it when someone takes pride in their work. Finally, when the work was done, I was encouraged to take my time in inspecting the work.
